Potency is the number everyone reads first, and the one a product is priced on. We report a comprehensive profile of sixteen cannabinoids by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection, which separates them without the heat that turns one cannabinoid into another.
Our potency method is CRA-approved and was developed in-house by our own chemists, using industry best practices and exceeding AOAC method performance requirements. That matters when a result sits between a shelf and a recall.
What you get back
A certificate of analysis with each cannabinoid quantified, the total THC and total CBD calculated for you, and the limit of quantitation stated, so you can see what a zero really means.
Questions
- Why sixteen cannabinoids and not just THC and CBD?
- Because the minor cannabinoids are what distinguish one cultivar from the next, and because total THC has to be calculated from THCA rather than measured directly. Reporting the full profile shows the arithmetic rather than asking you to trust it.
